OBJECTIVE - to gain effective communication skills in project management
TASKS:
- To work out main components of the effective communication
- To master the principles of building the system of project communications
- To learn the methods of group work moderation
PARTICIPANTS - supervisors of all levels; managers, project administrators and coordinators
IN THE PROGRAM:
Basics of effective communication - listening skills, questioning skills, impact and influence
Stages of communication - establishing the contact, dialogue, closing the conversation
Communication with customers - the project manager role, overcoming the internal barriers in communication, understanding of inner motivation
Communication with the customer at the stage of planning - clarifying expectations, setting goals, persuasion and argumentation
Communication with the project team – objective setting, motivation, the role of interpersonal communication
Backroom game - indirect impact, dissemination of information, forming the desired points of view
Presentations and meetings - organisational issues, reporting the progress, answering questions
